How long can I keep the waste container? We have an initial rental period of two weeks that comes included with the price you pay up front. This rental period begins from the time your waste container is delivered onsite and not when you place the order. You are going to have a full two weeks with each dumpster that you rent from us, no matter the size and no matter the type. If you are going to need longer with the dumpster, that is no problem. Feel free to extend the rental out as long as you need. We have a flat-rate pricing plan that kicks in automatically after the initial fourteen days have ended. This pricing plan is ten dollars a day, and you don’t even need to tell us you are extending the rental out past the initial two week period.
What should I do to schedule waste removal? When you are finished with the dumpster, all you have to do is call us back to schedule waste removal. We’re open five days a week for you to set up your waste removal. Just remember to call us back and not the number on the side of the waste container. St. Louis Dumpster Rental handles every part of the rental for our customers to help avoid any confusion. Also, please be totally finished with the dumpster before you call for waste removal. Our drivers cannot wait around while you continue to fill the waste container with refuse. They would leave without handling your waste removal and you would need to reschedule for a later date. This would also result in a trip fee being assessed to your account.
What if I need more than one dumpster but don’t have the space? That’s perfectly fine. We can set you up with something called an empty and return service. This means that you are always going to have a waste container onsite without taking up more space than you can allow. Concerned about the size of the dumpsters? If you have an empty and return service, give us a call when you have finished with a unit and we’ll send a driver out.
